Hi, I’m Freja.

A mum of three, based in the beautiful Huon Valley. Growing up on a farming property shaped my appreciation for nature, connection and the powerful role they play in wellbeing.

Through Heather Therapies, I support children, teens, parents and families, and individuals with warm, personalised counselling and therapeutic support. I also create unique group experiences for young people, including school programs and confidence-building groups for teen girls here in the Huon Valley.

With experience across private, community and organisational settings, my approach is holistic, compassionate and grounded in genuine connection.
